What you can do

Run a pipeline review

Point Claudioo at a sales team's open deals and get a clear, shareable review in one pass — what's slipping, what could close soon, and what to ask about.

Type /pipeline-review and Claudioo reads a sales team's open deals in muchdoo and writes up a full review. You don't have to be a manager — anyone can run one, for their own team or for a team they pick. It's the kind of walk-through someone might do by hand before a sales meeting, done in one pass and ready to read or share.

How to run it

Type /pipeline-review in any chat.

/pipeline-review

Claudioo works out which team to look at. If you're on exactly one sales team, it uses that one. If you're on a few, it asks which. And if it can't tell, it asks you to pick — so you never get the wrong team's deals by mistake.

Then it reads the open deals, runs the checks, and shows you the headline numbers and biggest risks right in the chat. The full write-up is saved as a report you can keep, share, or drop into your meeting notes.

First time? If Claudioo asks you to connect muchdoo, set that up in Settings. Stuck? Ask in #i-claudioo.

What you get

A short summary in the chat, plus a saved report that looks at your open deals from a few angles:

  • The money view — how much is in the pipeline, how much of that is likely to land (weighted by each deal's chance), and a breakdown by person and stage. It also lists each person's five biggest deals.
  • What could close soon — deals that are far along, look likely, and are due to close in the next couple of weeks. The ones to push now.
  • What's slipping — deals already past their close date, deals that have sat still for a long time, and deals whose win chance looks higher than the stage they're in.
  • Loose ends — deals with no next step booked, next steps that are now overdue, deals with no pitch folder attached, and deals with no source set.

On top of the numbers, Claudioo writes two things in plain language, using your real deals and names:

  • Questions to ask — a handful of pointed questions for the meeting, like "Three deals over EUR 40k are past their close date with no next step — what's the real status?"
  • A note per person — a sentence or two pulling each person's big deals and gaps into something you can act on.

One number is an estimate

Deals pushed several times is a best guess, and the report says so. muchdoo doesn't let Claudioo see who changed a close date and when, so it estimates from how overdue and how stuck a deal looks. Treat it as a prompt, not a fact.

It can book the follow-ups for you

After the summary, Claudioo points out the deals with no next step and offers to fix that — on all of them, the biggest ones, a set you pick, or none.

It always shows you exactly what it'll create — the task, the wording, the due date, and who it goes to — and waits for your OK before writing anything. Everything else in muchdoo stays read-only, so a review can't change a deal by accident.

Good to know

  • It looks at open deals only — live opportunities, not won or lost ones.
  • A deal with no close date isn't counted as "late" — instead it shows up as a missing-detail flag.
  • You only see what your own muchdoo login can see. If a section looks light, that's usually a muchdoo permission, not a Claudioo limit.
