Getting started
Sign in, set up your three connections, and start chatting with Claudioo.
Getting started takes about five minutes. Sign in, set up three connections, and you're ready to go.
Sign in
Head to Claudioo and click Sign in with Google using your @muchconsulting.de account.
Your workspace is ready
On your first sign-in, Claudioo automatically:
- Assigns you to a department and organization based on your muchdoo HR profile
- Seeds your projects from the muchdoo Systems app, based on your department
- Links any GitHub repositories that the GitHub App is installed on for your org
You don't create projects or wire up repos by hand — they're already there.
Set up your three connections
Three one-time setups in Settings → Connections (and Settings → SSH Keys), so Claudioo can reach the things you need.
SSH key — to reach live Odoo instances
Generate an SSH key in Settings → SSH Keys and authorize it on Odoo.sh or Shoovels.

muchdoo — to read tickets, timesheets, and project data
Paste your muchdoo API key in Settings → Connections. The URL, database, and username are pre-filled.

Slack — to search channels and threads
Connect your Slack workspace in Settings → Connections. Read-only — Claudioo can never post or DM.

Start a conversation
Click New Session in the sidebar, pick a project, and start typing. Ask a question, request analysis, or invoke a skill with /skill-name.
What you'll see
- Tool pills — small indicators showing Claudioo reading files, searching code, or running commands. Click to see details.
- Helper cards — when Claudioo brings in a specialist, you'll see a card with its progress and results.
- Questions — sometimes Claudioo needs more information and will ask you directly in the conversation.
Tips for your first session
- Be specific. Instead of "tell me about sales", try "how does the sales order form handle discounts in my project?"
- Claudioo already knows your setup. Your Odoo version, repo, and branch are loaded from the project config — no need to repeat them.
- One topic per session. Claudioo works best when focused. Start a new session for a different topic. See One topic per session.
One more thing — project instances
Ask the tech owner
If your project doesn't have its live Odoo instances configured yet (you'll see this in Project Settings → Instances), ask the project's tech owner to set them up — they already know the build IDs, container names, and which branches map to which environments. Once configured, every project member can connect using /remote-ops. Full walkthrough in Project instances.
